Explanation:
TR-4 is a microprocessor based transmitter that processes strain gauge signals for industrial application.
Used as a signal converter for PLC or similar industrial control devices in weighing, dosing, level control and process control applications. With an adjustable relay output, it is possible to control stand-alone systems with automations such as on-off, fill-empty. The rail mount housing provides integrity with other panel components and facilitates connections.
The device is designed for industrial environments and offers three-way galvanic isolation. This eliminates the risk of damage to strain gauges due to specified currents and the stability of the output is not affected by electrical noise. All adjustments are made via buttons, which eliminates the deviations that can occur when using potentiometer elements.
