Overview
Explanation: Valve bag filling machines are used to fill products in powder form (cement, gypsum, putty, calcite, etc.) and other powder materials into valve bags. There are models with one or multiple filling outlets depending on the production capacity.
The system performs the filling operations depending on the quantity (target material) set by the user. The system consists of a control panel and mechanical parts. After starting the system, fast and slow filling processes are performed in order. After filling, the bag push piston releases the filled bag. In the triple system, the bags in the 2nd and 3rd weighing areas are waited for to pass through the emptying periods parametrically set in the PLC program to prevent the bags from falling on top of each other.
