Overview
Explanation: Valve bag filling machines are used to fill powder products (cement, gypsum, solvents, calcite, etc.) and other powder materials into valve bags. There are models with one or more filling outlets, depending on the production capacity.
The system performs the filling operation depending on the amount set by the user (the target value of the material). The system consists of a control panel and mechanical parts. After starting the system, fast and slow fills are performed in sequence. After filling, the sack ejector plunger releases the sack. In the triple system, the bags in the second and third filling areas wait for the discharge parameters set in the PLC program to prevent the bags from falling on top of each other.
