Overview
Explanation:
A roll weigher is a filling machine used to fill bulk materials into weight boxes 15-20 kg. It consists of 3 main sections: input tray, weighing unit and vibrating table. The empty box to be filled is placed on the input table and manually moved to the weighing tray. The box is filled with the appropriate product based on the set weight, and the full bag is manually moved onto the vibrating table to ensure proper placement in the box. After this vibrating table operation is completed, the bag full of product is picked up and sent to the appropriate area by the operator.
