Description:
With its upgraded hardware, bright screen and specialized filling software, the new ECI indicator offers functionality, performance and ease of use that far exceed industry standards. In addition to the standard ECI indicator functions, the ECI-BF provides bag filling, scale filling or vented filling capabilities, with single or dual speed options, as well as increment or decrement logic. The display allows tracking of simultaneous filling, total filling quantity, filling time, average filling time and percentage of simultaneous filling.
Calibration
With the standard “Calibration Doctor†feature, the ECI indicator allows users to easily calibrate systems while checking the calibration quality to prevent errors or incomplete setup. Calibration can be done by standard weights, by digital input of values, or by mV input from the load cell. In addition, calibration values ​​can be backed up to the indicator’s main board, allowing recovery in case of failure.
Special filtering “gResolver”
ECI is equipped with gResolver – special filtering software. It eliminates all harmful vibration effects, ensuring precise and fast measurement.
