BFB Packaging scales

Overview
Explanation: BF packing scales are machines for filling bulk materials into bags weighing 25 to 50 kg.
The process starts automatically after the operator places the bag on the filling hole. The scale fills the bag with the precisely set amount in two stages and releases it after filling is complete. The work cycle continues in sequence. A sewing tape is available as an option.
The BF packaging scale is microprocessor controlled and fully electronic. It is possible to generate reports on the quantity and weight of the filled bags, as well as to connect with other electronic devices such as PLC and computers.
The design of the valve and filling hole is selected according to the type of product.
It is used for packaging products such as pulses, granular materials, salt, granular chemicals, pulp, feed, grain, cement, construction chemicals, coal, stone and corn.
