Overview
Explanation: BF packaging scales are machines for filling bulk materials into bags weighing from 10 to 50 kg.
The process starts automatically after the operator places the bag on the filling hole. The scale precisely fills the bag in two stages with the preset amount and releases it after filling is complete. The work cycle continues in sequence. Seam tape is available as an option.
The BF packaging scale is microprocessor controlled and fully electronic. It is possible to generate reports on the quantities and weight of the filled sacks, as well as to interface with other electronic devices such as PLCs and computers.
The design of the valve and the filling hole is selected depending on the type of product.
It is used to package products such as pulses, granular materials, salt, granular chemicals, pulp, feed, grain, cement, construction chemicals, coal, stone and corn.
