Explanation
The BB type bending beam strain gauge was developed for use in electronic weight and force measurement applications under industrial conditions.

It is primarily used in low capacity applications such as:
• Tank weighing systems
• Platform scales
• Packaging machines and dosing
• Belt scales

A good level of protection is achieved by a cuff covering the strain gauge area on the stainless steel body of the sensor.
